Alex and Jack // Wedding Film | Washington, D.C.

He writes.

On restless nights. At times when the thoughts just need to come out. She didn’t know that he had written many letters to her. Letters he never knew if he’d actually share. But on the night she became his wife, he decided it was time. So he read to her, and all of their guests, a letter he had written a year prior at a time when he had decided he wanted to ask her to marry him.

Three years after being set up by mutual friends in Georgetown, Alex and Jack were married atop a waterfall overlooking the 18th green at Trump National Golf Course. During the ceremony, their talented friends The Winn Brothers played for guests and later performed a beautiful cover of David Grey’s “This Year’s Love” for their first dance. After dinner, guests got drinks from the custom made ice bar while the band Burnt Sienna rocked amazing covers. Capturing this beautiful story meant so much to us. We hope you enjoy it!
